As some of you may know, a PC running Windows 95 cannot simply be backed up by copying all the files and folders. For a successful PC backup an 'image' of the initialize (format) the drive and load Mac OS9 from scratch .. from the Mac OS CD in about 8 or 9 minutes .. as well as copying full backups in a hurry.

Your computer may be full or you may have reached the maximum allowed records on the desktop.

PC Backup in Business and Ultimate offers the full backup as opposed to the Home versions that only backup files.

OT: PC backup software recommendations anyone?
To test this vista 'feature' I did a full PC backup from vista (sata drive) to an IDE drive. Ok, the full pc backup finished and I can see the backup in the IDE drive. Now I erased (the only way to really test this feature) the drive where my vista partition was and tried to do a complete pc restore.

I've used the complete PC backup on a few installations, but they are Vista only & it works fine. If you want incremental backups of the PC disk image then you would have to use a PC backup program, assuming it would be allowed to run under the emulator. I would guess that you would have to let Retrospect restore a full image and then copy your user files into a shared directory to have better control over
